Job Description:

We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Revenue Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing revenue growth strategies and optimizing sales processes, in addition to exceptional leadership skills.


  • Maximize utilization of Salesforce to leverage its ability to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement changes to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to set revenue goals and ensure they are being met
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to optimize revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in our sales and marketing systems.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to optimize their performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales operations professionals.


  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related field
  • 4+ years as Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proven track record of implementing revenue growth strategies and optimizing sales processes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
